Description

I help people to overcome anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, weight issues, stop smoking and phobias by getting to the root cause of the issue and reprogramming the mind. I am a Rapid Transformational Therapist, which uses hypnotherapy and other tools to deliver wonderful transformations, in one or two sessions. Its quick and effective.

I also help children and teenagers to overcome anxiety and increase their self-esteem. Teenagers can really struggle with their self-worth and liking themselves, changing this around makes a massive improvement in all areas of their lives.

I will be 28 days smoke free tomorrow. Joanne has been really supportive. You can all do it, but need to follow her advice. I did use NRT patches, but that was my choice

joanne has honestly helped me so so much. She is a lovely lady and so understanding. Extremely non-judgmental and understands your needs well. She makes you feel normal at the times you may not think you are.
